They’re also an online fashion magazine featuring reviews and news in the world of tees. For more information about what they do, click here.
Monkeybiz is a South African run, non-profit, income-generating scheme that helps women in the townships of SA by providing them with craft skills to make beaded animals. The women employed by the scheme sell their work to Monkeybiz, who pass on the animals for sale all round the world. The women, in turn, are able to buy supplies and education for their families and continue to work from home in order to provide for them. Buying their craft work has a direct impact on the quality and prospects of their lives.
A range of Monkeybiz beaded animals are available in our Hinde Street store.
